Executive Chairman
First Admiral Dato’ Hj Abd Aziz bin Hj Mohd Dom was born on April 10, 1953 in Muar. In the university level, he obtained a Diploma (UKM 1982-1983), an Advanced Diploma (UKM, 1988-1989) and literary scholars in the Study of Strategy and Security (UKM 2000).
He began serving in the armed forces of Malaysia (ATM) on May 15, 1972 as a cadet of the royal Malaysia navy with its first basic training at the Royal Military College (RMC) for three months (in 1972). After successfully undergoing basic training and officer cadets and accredited senior, he was entrusted with a variety of career positions progressively in line with the increase in some position on the ships, bases and headquarters in the Navy and ATM.
On a dedicated service and excellence for which he has rendered the navy and the country, the Sultan of Pahang has consented to him Darjah Indera Mahkota Pahang (called dato’) on October 24, 2008. He has poured commendable dedication to the country for 38 years until his retirement in 9 April 2009.
Managing Director
Born in Penang, Major Hj. Amir is a Graduate from UITM in Business Administration with Honours in Marketing. In the Army, Major Hj. Amir specialized in tank and Armoured vehicles.
He has attended various military courses locally and abroad (UK and Australia). Served in United Nations Military Observer in Croatia and Liberia West Africa. Have served in various military Organization as Troop Leader, Instructor, Adjutant, Squadron Leader and second in Command.
After 23 years serving nation, Major Hj. Amir left the service and joined WIRA SECURITY as the 1st Branch Manager. Due to his ability in Marketing, Management & handling operations with various companies and government agencies such as Shell Timur, Diethelm, Road Builder, DBKU, Inst.
Latihan Perindustrian and many others, he was promoted to Senior Manager Operations, Sarawak in 2004.
Executive Director
Major Hajah Nora was born on March 22, 1963 in Johor. She graduated in Diploma in Accountancy at Institute Technology Mara.
She joined the Malaysia Armed Force on December 1, 1981. She was commissioned to General Service Corps (Pay Section) on December 18, 1982. As pay officer, she has served in various units and formations in the Malaysia Armed Forces. Her last appointment was as Staff Officer Grade 2 at Air Forces Education Headquarter Subang, Selangor.
Throughout her service for more than 25 years in the Malaysian Armed Forces, she has executed her task and responsibility with full commitments and outstanding. She performed her duties with honesty, responsibility and accountability. She has contributed her knowledge and experience towards the services to her utmost ability.
She has attended various course in the Malaysian Armed Forces.
With her experience and knowledge, Major Hajah Nora was elected as Board of Director in NOVA SECURITY SDN BHD in 2015.

Established in 2011, Nova Security began with a clear mission to provide reliable, disciplined, and professional security services that respond to Malaysia’s growing demand for safety and protection. Starting from a modest office with a small team of trained security personnel, the company built its foundation on trust, integrity, and customer commitment.
In its early development, Nova Security specialized in static guard services for commercial buildings, residential areas, and retail sites. Through consistent service quality and strong client relationships, the company expanded its capabilities to include mobile escort services, surveillance & monitoring, access-control solutions, and security advisory services, positioning itself as a comprehensive security provider.
